Spannungserzeugung im AP50 defekt

Ich habe einen AP50, bei dem ist die Spannungserzeugung auf der Platine defekt. Die Power-LED blinkt nur.

Ich habe bereits alle Elkos getauscht. Hat noch jemand einen Tip?
