    Die UTM kann die Authentication-Server nicht erreichen.

    Hast du schon mal geprüft, ob die UTM ins Internet kommt?

    Steht vor der UTM noch ein Router / eine Firewall?

    Eventuell kann es auch Probleme bei deinem Provider geben.
