update Funktion über Nero ControlCenter

beim Versuch Nero Multimedia Siute 10 über das Nero ControlCenter zu aktualisieren, erhalte ich immer die Fehlermeldung "Es ist ein unbekannter Fehler aufgetreten". Ich denke es liegt an der ASG. Funkioniert bei jemand das?

    Hi, ich habe den HTTP-Proxy bei mir im transparenten Modus laufen, ich denke Du ebenso. Ich habe mir mit folgender Exception für den Proxy geholfen:

    Name: Nero Update
    Skip these checks: AntiVirus, Extension-, MimeType-Blocking
    For all requests matching these URLs: ^https?://[A-Za-z0-9.-]*nero.com/

    Nach diesem Schema kann man auch für andere Update-Services vorgehen, z.B. für Mozilla, Skype, Pidgin... Einfach über das HTTP-Proxy Logfile den URL der nicht funktionierenden Anwendung durch live-logging herausfinden und eine AV-Exception dafür einrichten.

    Diese Update-Services erwarten eben keine 'andere' als 'ihre' Seite/Datei, der HTTP-Proxy schaltet jedoch seine Download/Scanning-Seite davor und damit kommt die nicht-interaktive Anwendung nicht klar.
