Sophos UTM 9 SG 210 zeigt keine Firmware Updates mehr an

Hallo,

ich hoffe ich bin hier richtig.

Ich habe das Problem das unsere Sophos Model: SG210 - mit der Firmware version: 9.711-5 - keine neuen Firmware Updates bekommt.

Wir haben noch das Model: SG310 - welches auf Version 9.712-13 ist und die Version 9.713-19 zur Installation bereitgestellt bekommen hat.

Meine Frage ist wieso bekommt die SG210 keine Updates mehr? EOL ist Sie nicht und ich habe auch nichts komisches gefunden in den Logs.

Die Pattern sind alle Up2Date:

Firmware version: 9.711-5
Pattern version: 217399
Last check: 1 minutes ago

Kann es sein das die FW-Updates nicht für die SG210 bestimmt sind das deswegen keine Updates kommen? Das kann ich mir eigentlich nicht vorstellen da ich beide immer auch gleichen Stand hatte.

    From my list of Command Line Tricks started 10 years ago after I started with the contents of Goldy_01's thread "Astaro useful shell commands" that he started 11 years ago.  Don't remember who taught me the following approach...

    Once logged in as root, copy and paste the following 4 lines at the command line:

    cd /var/up2date/sys
    wget ftp-astaro-com.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.711005-712013.tgz.gpg
    wget ftp-astaro-com.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/UTM/v9/up2date/u2d-sys-9.712013-713019.tgz.gpg
    /sbin/auisys.plx --showdesc

    Wait 10 minutes after the auisys command starts and then install in WebAdmin. You are now at 9.713-19.

    Updates are done in phases, but your UTM may just need to have to be updated manually.  I've had the same issue where my software UTM wouldn't update about every other release.  Manually updating it is no different.
