Probleme mit zwei Webseiten - Diese Website besitzt kein Zertifikat

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine Sophos UTM mit der Firmware 9.707-5. der Webfilter läuft im Standardmodus und https-Scan ist aktiviert.

Seit ein paar Tagen habe ich das Problem, dass ich die Webseiten der Frankfurter Rundschau und der Frankfurter Neue Presse nicht mehr aufrufen kann. Der Browser zeigt mir an, dass kein Zertifikat für die Seiten existiert (Diese Website besitzt kein Zertifikat).

Auch mit deaktivierten https-Scan kann die Seite nicht angezeigt werden.

Woran kann das liegen?

beide Webseiten benutzen Let's encrypt Zertifikate,

Sind die Root- und Intermediate Zertifikate (ISRG Root X1, und R3) eingepflegt?

Nein, es wurde nichts händisch eingepflegt. Geschieht sowas nicht automatisch?

Wie kann ich die fehlenden Zertifikate einpflegen?

Tut mir leid, dass ich gestern nicht mehr antworten konnte.

digitec.de funktioniert ohne Probleme.

Rufe ich die anderen beiden Seite auf komme ich auf die Starseite (nach leeren des Browsercaches, Firefox, Edge, Chrome). Klicke ich auf eine Link innerhalb der Seite geht diese nicht auf und im Webfilter-Log steht das es geblockt wird.

Cert Chain LetsEncrypt ist ok.

Die beiden Pages machen Probleme auch nach Browser-Cache leeren. Auch nicht nur den Cache für die letzte Stunde/Tag gelöscht? - sorry wenn ich frage.

Falls eingesetzt, auch mal den Cache des Proxys löschen.

Um weiterzukommen musst du ausschliessen können, dass es nur an deinem Rechner liegt.

Ist das Problem nur auf deinem/einem Rechner oder betrifft es alle Clients hinter dem Proxy?

Weiter, bitte checken ob das Problem durch die WebProtection verursacht ist oder evtl. deine Public-IP von der Gegenseite geblockt wird.

Was passiert wenn du deinen Rechner von der WebProtection ausschliesst?

Das Problem tritt auch auf anderen Clients hinter dem Proxy auf (bei den zwei genannten Webseiten).

Den DNS-Cache bei der Sophos habe ich gelöscht.

ich habe einen Rechner mal per Firewallregel Any-Dienste zu Any-Ziel freigegeben und habe das gleiche Phänomen (sollte doch jetzt am Webfilter vorbei gehen, oder?)

Lösche ich den Browsercache (Edge, Firefox, Chrome), dann kann ich mir eine Webseite anzeigen lassen. Will ich dann auf eine weitere Seite innerhalb von FR/FNP browsen, kommt es zu diesem Problem und nichts wird angezeigt. ( Sophosfehler: "Timeout while reading response from Server" oder " Connection reset by peer")

Will ich in der Browsersession mir nochmal die erste Seite anzeigen lassen, kommt es auch zu keiner Anzeige.

Wie kann ich testen, ob meine Public-IP von der Gegenseite geblockt wird?

Hi

WebProtection "zieht" vor der Firewall, bringt also nichts.

Kannst du die IP deines Rechners nicht von WebProtection ausnehmen?

Check unter WebProtection->Filter Options den Tab Misc

Wir laufen im Standardmodus, dort kann man aber nur eine Ausnahme für den Transparenzmodus konfigurieren.

Ich habe eine neues Webfilterprofil im transparenten Modus angelegt und einen Rechner hinzugefügt. Diesen habe ich nun in den Transparenzmodus-Ausnahmen integriert. Leider ohne Erfolg

Aus meiner Sicht besagt die Meldung das die Gegenseite die Verbindung ablehnt.

Ist die öffentlich IP über die hier kommunizert wird ggf. auf einer Blacklist?

Als alternative könnte man ggf. einen der PC mit einem Handy koppeln und über dieses versuchen die Seiten aufzurufen. Geht das, liegt es nicht am PC.

Evtl. mal hier testen ob die IP gelistet ist: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/search oder hier www.cyren.com/.../cyren-ip-reputation-check

Beide Seiten zeigen, dass wir nicht auf einer Blackliste stehen.

Das mit dem anderen Internetzugang werde ich mal testen.

Something may have changed on those two websites. That error means the servers are not happy with the Proxy.

If creating an Exception for 'Antivirus' and 'SSL scanning' doesn't solve the problem, you will need to change the configuration of the browsers to skip the Proxy for those two sites.

(Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. )

statuscode="502" [...] error="Connection reset by peer"

Something may have changed on those two websites. That error means the servers are not happy with the Proxy.

If creating an Exception for 'Antivirus' and 'SSL scanning' doesn't solve the problem, you will need to change the configuration of the browsers to skip the Proxy for those two sites.
