Guten Abend allerseits,
wieder mal ein etwas seltsames Problem, was irgendwie immer wieder mal aktuell wird.
Und zwar kommt es ja bekanntlich öfter vor, dass die Sophos UTM im Webfilter Microsoft Dienste, Downloads, etc. blockiert - warum auch immer das bei sophos nicht eigenständig im Hintergrund aktualisiert wird, muss man hier im Webfilter Exceptions erstellen, wovon ich eigentlich kein Freund bin, da es ja immer wieder mal zu Domain-Hijacking und Übernahmen kommt, wenn jemand vergisst, diese zu verlängern, nachdem sie verwaist sind.
D.h. deswegen (hier nun konkret der Download von Office, wenn man die Installations-Setup ausführt, welche die kompletten Daten dann im Hintergrund live herunterlädt - kam aber auch schon bei Updates vor) habe ich anhand diverser weiterer Websites, welche sich mit dem Thema Sophos beschäftigen, eine entsprechende Exception erstellt, welche überwiegend auch funktioniert. Nun aber funktioniert der Download nicht, man sieht es auch klar im Log-File, obwohl die entsprechende URL bereits darin beinhaltet ist.

Nachdem der Webfilter testweise deaktiviert wurde, läuft der Download sofort los und das Setup beendet erfolgreich.
Wo liegt hier das Problem?
Und gibt es eine Möglichkeit, endlich einmal Microsoft Downloads, etc. dauerhaft zu gewährleisten? Ist hier ja jetzt nicht so, dass man URLs einer kleinen Hinterhofwerkstatt ansteuert, die kein Mensch kennt.
