STAS Problem

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe in meinem Netzwerk 3 Domänencontroller.
Ich habe auf die drei Domänen STAS installiert.
DC1: STAS >> Agent für (DC2 und DC3) und Collector
DC2: STAS >> Agent für (DC1 und DC3) und Collector
DC3: STAS >> Agent für (DC2 und DC1) und Collector

Auf Sophos habe ich nur eine Collector Gruppe angelegt und dann die drei Domänen mit unten genannten Reihenfolge.
Collector 1 >> DC1 >> Collector Gruppe 1
Collector 2 >> DC2 >> Collector Gruppe 1
Collector 3 >> DC3 >> Collector Gruppe 1

Ich höre manchmal von meinen Benutzer, dass sie nicht ins Internet gehen können.
Mir ist die Ursache unklar.
Ich habe die DCs Event Logs geprüft.
Die Event ID 4768 wurde erzeugt. Aber STAS konnte nicht den Benutzer als Online-Benutzer erkennen bzw. identifizieren.
Woran kann es liegen?

    Do you see anything in STAS log files (in Stas suite) with username and the source IP around the same time when the user attempted to login?

    Just a few follow-up questions. How often does it happen and have you noticed whether is it specific to a certain DC out of 3?

    If possible, Try by keeping each collector in different groups. (just an observation from similar support cases)
