Update Problem nach Neuinstallation

Hallo,

nach Netzwerk-Karten-Wechsel-Problem mußte ich die Firewall neu aufsetzen.

Ich hatte aber nur die alte Version: asg-9.405-5.1.iso

Habe die installiert und per Hand konfiguriert, Backup war zu neu.

Dann habe ich unter:

Update -> Konfiguration

das Firmware Download Intervall auf Manuell gesetzt und dann in der Übersicht

Jetzt nach Update suchen

angeklickt.

Es wurden auch größere Datenmengen runtergeladen (im Router gesehen), im Dashboard wurden dann 18 Updates angezeigt, und seit dem tut sich nix mehr.

Die Updates sind wieder weg (?)

Was kann ich machen?

    Hello Jalan,

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

    I would recommend you to download the newest version of the UTM from here

    Since it is a quite old version the UTM doesn't have enough space to store all of the Firmware updates.

    They are stored in the following directory /var/up2date/sys

    What you will need to do if you don't want to re-image using the 9.7 ISO is 

    1. - Stop the Firmware download (Set to Manual)

    2,- SSH in to the UTM and navigate to /var/up2date/sys

    3.- Delete the newest firmware for example 9.7. 9.6 and just leave between 4 or 5 up2dates in the directory

    4.- Then upgrade the UTM to the latest available Firmware manually

    5.- Once updated, go back to the updates, click on check for Firmware and wait for the updates to download

    6.- Repeat steps 2 to 6 until you end in 9.7
