Kein Login auf UTM über SUM mehr möglich

Servus,

 

wir haben seit dem Wochenende das Problem das wir uns nicht mehr automatisch an den Kunden-UTM's  über die SUM anmelden können.

 

Wir melden uns normalerweise auf der SUM ein wenn wir auf eine Kunden-UTM zugreifen müssen, das funktioniert nicht mehr. Am oberen Bildrand erscheint die Meldung "Please wait, connecting to backend". Wenn ich das Browserfenster aktualisieren (F5), kann ich sofort Username und Password eingeben und ich bin angemeldet. 

 

Wir hatten den Fehler schon mal, da ein Rebuild der Datenbank geholfen, diesmal bleib der Erfolg aus. Ich ahe die SUM gerade mal aus einer Datensicherung von letzter Woche wo es definitiv noch funktioniert hat wiederhergestellt, auch das funktioniert leider nicht. Wo kanns hier hängen?

    Bei uns funktioniert der Zugriff über SUM immer noch nicht.

    Gibt es Neuigkeiten oder ein Workaround?

    Hi  

    As a workaround, when you try to access the UTM via SUM, refreshing the blank UTM page should give the normal username and password page. With a valid administrator account, the UTM can be accessed. 

    I would advise you to monitor the following KBA for a status update: Advisory: SUM SSO to UTM web admin is not working.

  • I know this "workaround" and the KBA, but first they target the weekend of 31. August, but nothing happend :-(

    This is far from a good and professional service.
    Nobody can tell me that after more than 2 weeks the problem cannot be solved.
    We use SUM especially for the fact that our technicians log in with different users and not all of them work with the ADMIN user.

  • I'm not sure if it is only SUM-related.

    Today I opened sessions to two UTM clusters using the normal WebAdmin, worked a bit through them and logged off later. After lunch I used SUM to re-open a SSO-session to one of the clusters and it worked as expected, SUM logged me automatically into the device (I didn't think about the issues first). With that particular SG210 cluster I can close and re-open the SSO session again and again.

    The other cluster (SG330) has the exact same pattern files (so I don't assume SOPHOS is pushing an update) but this one behaves like the days before ("Please wait, connecting to backend").

  • Both cluster´s use the acutal firmware version 9.704002?
