Red 15w unlockkey

Hello together.

Im new in this Community. I have just a short question.

We have bought some Red 15w and we do not have the unlockkeys. Is there any Chance to get theme from Sophos and how can i arrange these.

    Hi Markus,

    The unlock key should be blank on a new RED 15W.  It is emailed out when initially configured.  You can raise a support ticket with Sophos to request the unlock code but they can only provide this to you if the RED is under your company and you are a listed contact for your company.  If the RED is not under your company you'll have to go back to your reseller to request the unlock code.  If your reseller does not have the unlock code they can raise a support ticket.

    If a RED was physically stolen and the unlock code was simply handed out, the thief would have VPN access to the company that it was stolen from so there are security checks with getting unlock codes.
