I have an ASG320 running UTM9 9.4x. T-Mobile Wifi calling behind the Sophos is jittery and unreliable. I also noticed it on facebook video calling last week - horrible audio connection and jittery, though that was a one time occurrence. The main issue here is the T-Mobile Wifi calling. When connecting the AP upstream of the Sophos, the problem stops.
Steps we've taken:
Watched firewall logs during said events. No pertinent blocks. We've even opened up any ANY-ANY-ANY rule during testing. Turned off IPS (or used a network that isn't filtered by IPS) - same results.
We are at a loss, any suggestions?
