Internal name resolution not working

Hey,

We are in the process of moving from MS TMG 2010 to UTM 9. We're having quite a simple problem but cannot work out how to fix it. Name resolution is not working.

If we do a ping test to a local server it comes back as not found. IP address is fine.

Our configuration is:

Multiple domain controllers running GC/DNS/DHCP
Current TMG server has WAN IP with gateway (router) and no DNS
Current TMG server has LAN IP with no gateway and internal DNS (primary and secondary)
DNS servers have both forward and reverse lookup zones
DNS servers have Google DNS servers as forwarders

So we're using our internal DNS servers for all resolution. How do we apply this configuration to UTM, because we don't want UTM doing any DNS stuff itself - we want it to use our internal DNS servers for resolution.

When we edit the internal interface there are no boxes to enter IP addresses of DNS servers, like you have on a Windows machine.

    Please go to Network Services > Forwarders

    Remove Checkbox "Use ISP Assigned Forwarders" and click add to create a new Host Object for your internal DNS Server (if you have more then one please use an Availability Group)

    or use the Folder Icon to browse Host definitions if you already created one.
