iOS Mail unable to send/receive

When connected through UTM 9, my iOS devices are not able to send or receive mail with multiple providers (EG: Yahoo, Gmail and 50webs hosting).

When on LTE network, everything works as expected.

What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance!

    Dale,

Do you have IMAPS, POP3S, or SMTPS scanning turned on?  i.e.: Are you scanning the secure versions of IMAP, POP3, or SMTP?

This causes issues with my iOS devices when turned on in XG Firewall (because I haven't worked on the certificates yet).

*I switched to XG months ago and can't remember the UTM console to direct you where to look.*

You can continue to scan standard IMAP, POP3, and SMTP, but turning off scanning for IMAPS, POP3S, and SMTPS may help you with this issue.
