RED 15 slow connectivity

Hi,

Can anyone offer any advise on diagnosing poor network performance when using a RED15?

We have a site with the RED running over a 10Mb link, Whilst monitoring the link I can see that it rarely gets above 50% utilisation, but despite this our users are complaining that their machines are virtually unusable.

Without the RED in the loop, the site was slow, but not unusable.

Can anyone offer any advice on diagnosis? I've already run through the 'Rulez' but unfortunately none of these have done the trick

This update of UTM is really very cool. Many of the services are offered in this latest update. Some of the details are also mentioned on the website at www.amazon.com/.../B0785TCSSV where every detail related to the RED 15 is provided.
