UTM9 Software Appliance | Zombie processes

Dear All,

 

This box is running for about 2 years or so...I recognised 3 Zombie processes...

 

Not just since the current version I do have  the following zombie processes: 

root      8528  0.0  0.0      0     0 ?        Z    21:46   0:00 [aua.bin] <defunct>

root     17797  3.3  0.0      0     0 ?        Z    22:41   0:00 [confd.plx] <defunct>

root     17837 53.5  0.0      0     0 ?        Z    22:41   0:00 [exim] <defunct>

 

After researching and rebooting + rebuilding the postgresql db with '/etc/init.d/postgresql rebuild'  I decided to post and hope that someone is able clarify or to help me understanding those processes.

    Sorry I can't help with any of your questions.

     

    but I don't think it is really fair to include the current 9.506-2 version in your title as you are saying you have seen this in prior releases, and a thread like this with such a new patch is like a click bait title. As people are looking to see how the latest patch is and if there is any problems.

     

    you should have generalized the title as UTM 9.5.
