WebAdmin Menu "Backup/Restore" Error

Hello,

I have a Sophos UTM SG210 Cluster (with WebServer Proctection License) running Firmware version 9.501-5. From WebAdmin when I click "Backup/Restore" under "Mangement" option, I get an error as follows:

Does anybody have similar issue and any possible solution?

What do you see from the command line with:

ls /var/confd/var/storage/snapshots

Hi Bob,

Thanks for your reply. I can see the list of backups (using "ls /var/confd/var/storage/snapshots" command). Backups are also received through email on weekly basis.

What happens if you restore a backup from before this problem began?

If that doesn't do it, I would open a ticket with Sophos Support, but you may be stuck with re-imaging from ISO - I don't know.
