Incomplete ARP Entry

Question

Hi All 
 
 I have aproblem with UTM 9. 
 I changed my CIFS server and now all my vpn clients cannot acces. 
 From inside my LAN they can access, and from firewall I can do ping. 
 I see on ARP table that have an entry for my eth0 interface (with correct MAC), and one entry for eth1 interface (with incomplete entrance). 
 I think that my problem is with that interface 
 Do you know where the problem may come from?

Hi Antonio, 
 First, check if the UTM is able to ping the server on its internal IP address. If that is successful, then it could be an issue with the routes or firewall rules. You can verify that from the packetfilter.log. Refer to, FAQ: Sophos UTM Logfile information . Also, make sure ping is enabled in Firewall > ICMP tab. Let me know the results.
