Hello Community,

How do i configure a rule to say block PDF/PPTX download ?

I know that there is Download option in Web Filtering Policy where we can type in the extension for block/warn.

Does it mean i will have to manually type pdf (or anyother file extension) ? Is there a list of all supported file types that can be blocked

    Steve, you're confounding mime types and file extensions.  I don't think there are any of either that would not be supported.  Yes, if you want to add pdf to the list, just type it in.
