Policy Evaluation

Question

How are rules evaluated in UTM, i mean which policies are given precedence over others. (FW policies evaluated before App Control ?)

Review the information in the wiki section. 
 Short version: 
 Packets flow through only one filter Firewall Rules become the default filter and are only used when no other proxy applies. 
 The only global filters are connection tracking, NAT, and Country Blocking. 
 Input filters control which proxy is used. Proxy rules define what happens thereafter.
