Login Passwort Falsch

Hey Leute,

 

ich habe mal eine Frage, ich habe eigentlich mein Passwort nicht vergessen jedoch kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden. Habe mich kurz schlau gemacht wie man es zurücksetzen kann klappt auch alles. so dann bin ich an dem Punkt an dem ich auf der Weboberfläche mein neues Passwort vergeben kann. Ich gebe mein neues Passwort ein will mich als admin einloggen und Passwort ist wieder falsch.

Was kann ich noch tun?

kann ich vielleicht über die Console einen neuen Benutzer anlegen und es vielleicht mal mit einem neuen Versuchen vielleicht klappt es ja da. wäre sehr ärgerlich wenn ich alle Einstellungen in der Sophos frisch machen müsste und die Maschine neu installieren müsste.

PS: ist eine Sophos UTM 9 als vm auf einem ESX Host.

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    Do the following at the command line:

    cc passwd Simple1

    After that, if you can't login as admin with a password of Simple1, show us what you get from the following command:

    cc get_user_by_name admin|grep md4hash

    MfG - Bob (Bitte auf Deutsch weiterhin.)
