Web Protection - "Content blocked"-window not displaying correctly

Hi,

suddenly, on our UTM9 machines (9.503-4) the "Content blocked" window is not displaying correctly anymore. Graphic elements are missing, it's text only. When clicking on "Unblock URL (will be logged)", the URL https://passthrough.fw-notify.net/static/auth_override.html?category=156&return=https://........ cannot be displayed...

I checked this with different browsers from different computers, same behaviour everywhere.

Any ideas?

    Thank you for reporting this issue. We have received several reports today of the same issue. We have escalated all the known cases so far and our team is investigating. I will update your post once we know more.

  • UPDATE:

    The issue should now be resolved. It could take up to 30 minutes to publish record.

    It was fixed internally and was caused due to a DNS record being removed publicly which was required for browser authentication.

    Please clear DNS caches and retest.

    We've tested in our environment and can now resolve passthrough.fw-notify.net
