PROBLEM - web filtering + SSO

put a hostname for UTM if you dont host any outside DNS hostname just put UTM.LOCAL.

It is required to generate the Proxy Cettificate that will be imported by users.

In Active Directory just be sure who froum the groups should be authenticated by UTM

When I authenticate with the credentials of my active directory server, a computer was automatically created:

but it still shows me the same error:

this is the object that was created when I authenticated with my credentials from my active directory in my sophos utm:

the Web Profile must have "Users" you created with Backend membership

Sorry my fault. In Policy you have to add 'Users" Group
In DNS request routing you have to add the domani Actove directory, 
Example domain.local
That is giving you that error

Gerardo, I gave you the solution almost 4 weeks ago.  For an "urgent" problem, you don't seem interested in the solution.  Yes, things appear to work just fine, and SSO probably will, but you're making your configuration more difficult to manage.  You need to take The Zeroeth Rule to heart.
