connection to external mail server being blocked

I am trying to work out where the routing to an external mail server is being blocked. Normal internet works fine our exchange server works fine.

mail.xyz.com.au is not being routed and I am not sure what i am doing wrong.

This make sense to me. All traffic is being routed on the inbound smtp / ssl ports to the exchange server.

It is getting through packet inspection

it is open in the firewall.

Perhaps i am not understanding how inbound/outbound connections that originate from inside the network are handled.

I just need outlook to connect to an external email provider for a 3 pc's

This was written the guide but

If you want outbound mail to leave with the IP of an Additional Address named "Mail," you will need to 'SNAT : Any -> SMTP -> Internet : from External [Mail] (Address)'.

You can only apply one rule for ports 25 , 143, etc etc

What am i missing.

Thanks in advance for any help
