What is the best way to route specific internal IP addresses across interfaces?

Current setup:

UTM-9 on a Sophos SG 210

 

eth0 is the internal network with a 192.168.1.0/24

eth2 is our camera network with a 192.168.15.0/24

 

Site 1 is our main office with the SG 210 as well as the camera DVR.

Site 2 is a smaller office which is connected to the SG 210 via fiber and media converters.

 

The three cameras at Site 2 are plugged into a PoE switch and that is plugged into a 24 port gigabit switch that connects to the media converter and back to the Site 1 LAN switch.

 

Is it possible for those 3 cameras with static IPs to route accross the internal network and to the DVR?

    Because both interfaces are on the UTM, there shouldn't be an issue as the UTM knows about them.

    So site 1 should be able to reach site 2 and vice versa with ease. You will have to place some firewall rules in there to allow traffic between each interface.

    Have a read of the RULZ (especially rule #2) on this site, especially if you are running the web proxy.
