Microsoft Office 2016 Updates are blocked by Web Filtering

Hello,

we are running Sophos UTM9. Web Filtering is enabled. Each time when we download Updates for Office 2016 the web traffic is blocked.
The only way to is disable Web Filtering. In the Log Files of the Web Filtering I do not identify any blocked traffic that could belong to Office 2016 Updates.
Can you help me to identify or enable Office 2016 Updates in Web Filtering?

    Roland, the phenomenon you describe often can be mitigated with an Exception for antivirus.  If it is not, your only option is to skip the Proxy for the site.

    If you'd like help in identifying the problem, show us one or two lines from the Web Filtering log where a request got a "pass" but the download failed.
