Microsoft Office 2016 Updates are blocked by Web Filtering

Hello,

we are running Sophos UTM9. Web Filtering is enabled. Each time when we download Updates for Office 2016 the web traffic is blocked.
The only way to is disable Web Filtering. In the Log Files of the Web Filtering I do not identify any blocked traffic that could belong to Office 2016 Updates.
Can you help me to identify or enable Office 2016 Updates in Web Filtering?

    Hi Roland,

    Show me the exception policy configured for the Microsoft updates and monitor, http.log | grep x.x.x.x (source IP of the updating system). Make sure you have the required rule for the microsoft traffic to go forward, check in the packetfilter.log and verify that there is no dropped for fw id= 60002. Finally, check the ips.log and check if there are drops due to IPS engine.
