opera VPN hotspot

kindly I find user install Opera VPN and when he installed it can access all web site blocked  " like facebook & youtube" 

& I find solution but it's not applicable I blocked by country so any solution please advice

    Ahmed, you can try using Application Control to block all of the "VPN & Tunneling" applications, but I don't see one specifically for Opera.  Please let us know the result of your tests.

    I assume that  you mean OpenVPN.

    If you want to prevent split tunnels, so you can control all traffic, you must set Local Networks to Any on tbe SSL VPN profile.

    Otherwise, Internet traffic will bypass the tunnel using the laptop's network connection.
