I suppose it's using a password of the day which gets mailed to some people everyday, see my screenshot for where you should be able to find this:

Turns out I needed to go to "Local IP:2443" instead of "Local IP:4444" to change the settings.

As apijnappels said, you can make the change in WebAdmin (4444).  Is 2443 the port you've assigned for User Portal?  I didn't realize that the change also could be made there.
