Verizon Messages+ Desktop App Unable to Retrieve Messages

Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon and our users wish to run Verizon's Messages+ app on their workstations. I am running the app on my Windows 10 laptop and while I was able to authenticate and confirm the service, the app cannot retrieve messages. If I disconnect from the corporate network and use a public wi-fi, same laptop, it works just fine. Clearly something is being blocked. Also, same result from a MacOS laptop.

How do I determine what URLs or services are needed to run the Verizon desktop app?
