Can't access WebAdmin

 Greetings:

 

I installed a new home theater A/V receiver in my residence and when I went to log into my UTM to add the receiver's MAC address and static IP I'm unable to access my WebAdmin. I haven't logged into my WebAdmin for well over a week so I have zero idea what's going on. Here's what I'm seeing with Chrome.

Does anyone have a suggestion? I've never encountered this before.

    What if you configure Chrome to skip the proxy for 192.168.1.1?  What happens if you try a different browser?
