known issue list question - NUTM/NUTML id

Hello,

some months ago, I created a support request for a bug. After some checks, support team confirmed the bug and gave me this id: NUTM-5567. I downloaded known issue list here: https://sophserv.sophos.com/repo_kb/124067/file/known-issues-list-20170512.xlsx but the UTM section does not have any NUTM-xxxx id, are listed only NUTML-xxxxx bugs... Is there any other known issue list?

    There seems to be a lot of missing items.  

    "First detected" versions top aout at 9.411, so if you are looking for information about the reliability of 9.412, 9.413, or 9.5, then you will be misled into thinking they are problem-free.   If you use it to evaluate 9.411, it will appear to be missing any major problems, despite the KB 126041 which describex HTTP proxy crashes in 9.411, 9.413, and 9.5 (with patches available for the 9.4.x versions.)   Apparently the K.I.L. is a work in process, potentially useful for what it contains, but not to be considered complete.

    Since we know that they have patched the http crash bug, we can resist the urge to conclude that not-listed bugs equals not-to-be-fixed bugs.   But it does not inspire hope if your critical bug does not even get included...
