We want to create a user or add a group fromm our AD security groups which will be allowed οnly to create vouchers for the hotspots.

Go to Wireless Protection -> Hotspots -> Hotspots
Under here add the user/group of users you want to give admin rights to under the Administrative Users option. Admin users are allowed to create vouchers or change the password of the day in their respective User Portal.
