Metatrader 5 application suddenly blocked by UTM9 firewall ?

Hello,

within the last 1-2 weeks (I was on holiday) the traffic from Metatrader 5 application (and MT4 probably) is suddenly blocked by UTM9 firewall. I did not change anything within the fw rules and it was working for months before. If I create a "testrule": Internal network <-> Any <-> Any, it is working immediately. The traffic for metatrader is via port 443/TCP which is enabled by default setup ("web surfing"). Additionally websurfing to https sites via browser ist working.

What could have happened? Pattern update? How to find?

    Hi,

    problem solved. The tradingservers of my broker (Activtrades) listen on ports 1443, 2443, 3443 and/or 4443 and were blocked by UTM. Did not receive any message from my broker that they changed this from standard 443.
