Vonage BasicTalk VOIP stopped working after applying updates to UTM9

I applied 14 new patches to my Sophos Home UTM9 and one of them seems to have broken my Vonage BasicTalk VOIP phone service.  Can anyone help me figure out why the phones register if connected directly to my cable modem but not when they are behind the UTM9?
