All LED lights were off

Hi All,

 

We are currently using RED15, but unfortunately yesterday it went out, we don't have a network connection upon checking all the lights in the hardware were off even the power supply. What seems to be the problem and how to troubleshoot? We already tried to plug it again and again but to no avail. Please help. Thank you.
