Connection refused

Hello ,

 

I have a problem with my  UTM9 , can you help me to solved ?

 When i Try to check the site  , is allowed :

 

when i try to access :

I don't handstand why this happening . cam you help ?

    Connection refused means the remote site refused your connection. I don't think there's nothing to do with the UTM. Since I'm able to access this site now, I'm assuming that there was a temporary issue with the remote site. If you're still not able to access the site, then I would guess the remote site's firewall is blocking your WAN IP for some reason.

  • Giovani's probably right, but if the problem persists try the following.

    Whenever I see a statuscode="502", I first try an Antivirus Exception for the URL (^https?://www\.socem\.pt).  If the problem persists, make a DNS Host for www.socem.pt and add it to the Transparent mode Destination Skiplist on the 'Misc' tab of 'Web Filtering Options'.  Any luck with that?
