exporting a list of all manually added exceptions and websites for reporting purposes???

Hi all,

I am trying to pull a report for the CEO to show a list of all currently active Website exceptions that have been added to the Web filtering- See pic. How can I export this list of over 200 entries from these 2 tabs into a report for the auditors?
