My testing indicates that the insert key, which is supposed to toggle between insert and overstrike modes, does not work in the HTML5 viewer window. There is a pull-down menu for sending special keys, including the insert key, but this did not work either. Support says that this is a feature request. I argued that it is a bug, but I did not get any sympathy. So could someone put it on the "feature request" list.
