Cannot Access Web Manage My Access Point "TP-Link TL-WA801ND" from Wireless Interface Sophos UTM Home 9.4 and How Config Hotspot Multi SSID ?

Hi Every One : )

   Q1.  I Has Problem Cannot Access Web Manage My Access Point "TP-Link TL-WA801ND" from my PC In LAN Interface of My Access Point in Wireless Interface Sophos UTM Home 9.4

  My Access Point Use "https" Manage Only But My Device Wiko Robby Try Access Wifi from TP-Link Can Access Internet.


   Q2.  I has Used Multi SSID from my TP-Link TL-WA801ND (I Used TP-Link Access Point 1 Device) I Enable it But
I Used SSID Example :
        ABC_1 Used Password from My Access Point But I Don't Want Used Hotspot Promotion or Used Promotion Unlimited.
        ABC_2 Not Used Password My Access Point But I Want used config Hotspot Promotion for 3 or 6 Hours Only.
        ABC_3 Not Used Password My Access Point But I Want used config Hotspot Promotion for Another Promotion.

How do I Config Sophos UTM 9.4 ??

    Q1: sorry i don't understand ... possible a packetfilter/proxy problem ... check these logs.

    Q2. you can not manage access-points from other vendors with SG/UTM
    ... but you can connect every SSID to another VLAN at LAN interface and biuld a separate interface for every vlan on UTM.

    Now you are able to create a Hotspot for every VLAN-interface with his own configuration.

    Q1 :

    Sounds like you might have missed a firewall rule allowing your LAN to access your Wifi network.

    Depending on how much you want to allow you would need something like LAN --> Wifi -> Service HTTPS -> allow. 

    Replace HTTPS with any of you want full access.

     

    Keep in mind that the firewall is statefull, meaning that you dont have to have a rule allowing wifi to lan for this to work. Statefull means that traffic allowed in one direction is also allowed to answer the opposite way in the same session. If you however wan't full access from wifi to lan, you need to configure a firewall rule for this.
