Web portal Error 404

Connection was impossible on the portal. Login + Password ok -> connection .... waiting but nothing appears.

After a reboot : 

Ip : Error 500

Ip/admin : Error 

Not Found

The requested URL /admin was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

 

Many reboot but always the same.

    Are you able to take the SSH access to the UTM?

    If you cannot reach the WebAdmin login page, the allowed networks may have changed.  
    You can reset the allowed networks for WebAdmin via the following commands:

    1. Type: cc
    2. Type: webadmin
    3. Type: allowed_networks@
    4. Type: =['REF_NetworkAny'] 

    Any help?

    Is your question about accessing WebAdmin on port 4444 or the User Portal on port 443?
