We are experiencing issues with some AD users that have gone on extended leave, which there passwords have expired.
After unlocking the account and Resetting the password, after they have logged on they get prompted for proxy credentials in IE, Skype etc anything that uses Sophos UTM authentication
We use a HTTP/HTTPS Proxy.
We reset the Password in AD and the User is able to login but it still prompts for credentials in IE when trying to open a website and other applications such as Skype for Business which uses AD Authentication and Outlook as it goes through the proxy as well.
If we turn off the proxy on the local PC, they get no prompts for authentication, if we change the proxy address to point to the IP instead of Name, it works for most of the users that have came back from leave.
Clearing the authentication cache in Sophos UTM also seems to help most users.
This is not an issue for people who have not gone on longer leave etc.
Any ideas? AD Replication issues?
