UTM connection to Active Directory

Hi,

I have changed my domain administrator password in the AD and now Sophos VPN users are having problems using Sophos SSL VPN client. they cannot connect to the VPN.

This mean that Sophos Firewall is using administrator user to connect to the AD, isnt it? 

What should I do or check to fix it?

  • check your ad-connection and your authentication servers. seems there is the domain administrator configured. Check the Bind-DN.
