Unable logon from sophos utm9 console

Question

Hello, 
 
 I'm trying to access sophos from console, 
 i installed sophos on vmware workstation, 
 after the installation i configured password from webadmin, and on webadmin my password works perfectly. 
 but when i'm trying to enter from console 
 i get password is incorrect. i'm using with admin username. 
 
 Maybe i doing something wrong?

There is NO direct ACCESS from ROOT in the console - first LOGIN as loginuser and password 
 
 Then do a SU - (Sudo Root) 
 
 Then use your ROOT password. 
 
 You will need to set the Passwords if not already done via WEB Admin in SYSTEM > Web Access. 
 Usual caveat - Any support is VOID etc ...
