Slow Download of Log Files hangs browser

360 MB?  Are you sure that you're waiting long enough for that to load?

Yes, I am waiting long enough.  Trouble is, it hangs my browser.

I tried it in Chrome and it worked much better.

If chrome shows no issue then it must be a browser based issue. See that FF is on the latest version and try the download from another system with FF.

Agreed with Sachin - some Firefox add-ins cause it to develop memory leaks.  When you lock up Firefox, check its memory usage in taskmgr.
