UTM 9.409-9 Losing Configuration on Webserver Protection

Hello,

I have a recurring issue that I have noticed at on Webserver Protection. Webserver configurations keep disappearing from web gui for real webserver and virtual webserver. I have 2 nodes in a master slave failover. The first time I noticed the webserver configuration eventually just appeared again.

Even though the configurations appear to be missing in the gui I can still login to the webserver and still see the logs in UTM.

Any ideas?

Hi Joseph,

Does that mean, you do not see any web server configuration on the screen? In that case, can you show us a picture of this and raise it with support to check immediately.

9409-9 is broken as far as I am concerned (VPN issues with us as documented by others). Consider rolling back to 9.408 which is unfortunately not a fun process.
