AGAIN.  give us details about your environment.  Some of here(myself included) are hardware specialists and can see beyond the raw numbers and know enough about the underlying hardware to give you better answers that simply following the sizing guide.  Trust me,  that guide is just that..a guide.  Sometimes you can handle more users per model..sometimes less...it all depends on your environment.  So give us details about your environment..number of users, which features of the utm you want to use..your wan and lan speeds...etc etc etc.  

I have put a utm 110 in a 25 person environment and had it survive..yet i can personally strangle a  SG115 here in my 5 person environment just due to our traffic and usage.  I can actually max out an SG135 without trying too hard.  A SG210 would hang here...barely.  That is why I currently run my SG series UTM as a virtual machine backed by 4 x Xeon 3.0 GHZ cpus with 8 gigs of ram...just to keep up with my usage...:)
