Only google.com or google.com.ec etc, doesnt load

Hello everyone, I currently have an ASG320, I have access to all websites, but the moment I want to enter google.com or some derivative like google.com.ec does not enter and is loading a good time and does not work.

Someone can give me a solution ?, and is specific with users not punctual with all.

    Only time I've seen this, the user had bad proxies that hijacked the dns.  In Internet Options, Connections, Lan Settings. Proxie Server.  Make sure you don't have anything weird in the address line.... You could also do a nslookup google.com and see who gives you the reply

    If Eric's hints aren't enough for you to find your problem...  If this is a problem with Web Filtering, please show a related line from that log.  If Web Filtering isn't active, show a related line from the DNS Proxy or Firewall log file.
