Unable to access Web Admin from Headoffice

Hi

I am Unable to access branch UTM  SG appliance web admin through HTTPS  from HQ but IP is pingable from HQ  , whereas from branch local network it is accessable.

Site-to-site VPN connection between branch and HQ is  established. 

please help me in troubleshooting , 

 

Remember : we have more than 12 branches which are working fine and accessible through HTTPS from HQ , except one

    check webadmin settings / allowed networks. is your hq-network listed there? compare the settings to one working branch....
