Sophos Access Points Access

Hello All,

 

I have a quick question, since I'm fairly new with Sophos.  Do you need a Sophos appliance to manage any Sophos AP's?  Or can I manage one by itself.

 

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, I just can't seem to find the answer Googling.
