Connection Reset by Peer

Question

Hi there,

I'm trying to access one of the government sites here in PH (pagibig.gov.ph), 
 it's not blocked from everything but I can't access the site. 
 
 My solution for it is by looking at the live logs (to know why can't I access the site), 
 but what showed was connection reset by peer and I can't seem to find a solution.

Hi Mr. Sachin, 
 
 It was strange that the site suddenly worked today. 
 And I'm not even changing something on the settings. 
 
 Might wait for it to get blocked again.
